Region 1

Boys: Battle Mountain senior Will Brunner and Mullen senior Jacob Sushinsky led the field. Brunner took the win running a time of 14:47.00, while Sushinsky crossed the line right behind him, clocking 14:49.60. Porter Middaugh finished third in 15:08.

Eagle Valley took home the overall team title, tallying 47 points. They will be joined by Summit, Battle Mountain, and Grand Junction at next week's State Championship.

Girls: Summit's Ella Hagen dominated the field, securing the individual title running 17:08.40 - about 1:20-seconds ahead of second place.

Scoring 56 points, Conifer took home the overall team title. Battle Mountain was a close second with 59 points. They will be joined by Summit and Central Grand Junction in Colorado Springs.

RESULTS

Region 2

Boys: After finishing runner-up last year, Lucas Bossinger secured the individual title with a time of 16:03.00. Coronado freshman Oliver Horton was second in 16:15.

Coronado took home the overall team title scoring 25 points with three girls placing in the top five. They will be joined by Lewis-Palmer, Palmer Ridge, and Littleton at the State Championship.

Girls: Palmer senior Olivia Sheridan ran away with the individual title, running a time of 19:23.00. Lewis-Palmer's Lily Poteet wasn't too far off, placing second in 19:31.00.

Lewis-Palmer took home the overall team title, tallying 52 points. Discovery Canyon, Palmer, and Lutheran will join them in Colorado Springs next week.

RESULTS

Region 3

Boys: After a modest early pace, Niwot's Rocco Culpepper torched the final 2k to win this one going away, clocking 16:15. Niwot teammate Cole Mazurana took second in 16:21.

Niwot was just one-point shy of perfection, tallying 16-points. Northfield took second with 53 points, while Golden was third with 99. The fourth - and final - state-qualifying spot was close, and it went to Green Mountain, who tallied 160 to North Denver's 163, and Thomas Jefferson's 167.

Girls: Niwot's Addison Ritzenhein made a statement here... Riverdale Ridge's Payton Meineke set a hot early pace, though Ritzenhein would not be denied another victory - her fourth-consecutive. She won this one in dominating fashion, running 16:58 for a 51-second win.

Niwot tallied 18-points for the runaway victory. Northfield was a solid runner-up, tallying 64-points, while George Washington and Golden also booked their tickets to State, tallying 108, and 109.

Region 4

Boys: After finishing runner-up last fall, Severance senior Caden Schweer clocked 16:01.80 to take the win.

Thompson Valley, led by Guthrie Manzella's runner-up finish, tallied 28 points to take home the overall team title. They will be joined at the State Championship by Mead, Longmont, and Severance.

Girls: Silver Creek junior Cloe Ruth ran a time of 18:41.50 to take the win, over 30 seconds ahead of the rest of the field.

Windsor was able to secure the overall team title, tallying 80 points. Thompson Valley, Mead, and Mountain View will join them next week in Colorado Springs.

Region 5

Boys: Cheyenne Mountain brought four runners into the top five spots with sophomore Aiden Le Roux leading the pack, clocking 16:04.80.

He led Cheyenne Mountain to the overall team title with 30 points. They will be accompanied by Durango, Montrose, and Pueblo at the State Championship.

GirlsCheyenne Mountain senior  Lauren Raley ran away with the overall win, running a time of 19:55.00.

With a score of 45 points, she led Cheyenne Mountain to their overall team title. Durango, Pueblo, and Montrose will join them in Colorado Springs next week.
